Product Returns:

For items purchased, but not yet shipped:

All items are eligible for a full refund prior to their ship date.

For shipped items:

Unless otherwise noted on the product page due, no refunds or exchanges will be permitted after an item has shipped. In cases of shipping damage, or other related issues, Photographers Connection will, at its discretion, offer a repair or replacement.

Please inform us via email of any damage immediately upon delivery. You must notify us within 3 business days of the delivery date for any damage claims to be considered valid. Photographers Connection reserves the right to deny any damage claims after this three day window, but we will consider all claims on a case-by-case basis.

Photographers Connection is not responsible for any packages returned to us without our prior written approval.

For Downloadable Products:

Due to the nature of downloads, these products are not eligible for a refund unless otherwise stated on their product/sales page.

For downloadable products that specify 30 Day Money Back Guarantee – If you’ve made every attempt to properly implement our products, making good use of all the tools we offer to help utilize our downloads, we will happily refund your money within 30 days of purchase if you don’t love how our products have streamlined your workflow and/or business.

All Access Pass – Cancel your membership at any time, no questions asked.  After receiving a cancellation request, no further subscription periods will be billed.  Subscription periods already purchased will be ineligible for a refund.  Upon cancellation, you will lose access to all course content at the end of the current subscription period, excluding any courses individually purchased, and be removed from our student only Facebook group(s).
